When it comes to employment law, the Law Offices of Amanda Hill are uniquely positioned from our breadth of experience in representing both Employers and Employees. In fact, Ms. Hill was a member of the defense team in the only certified class-action meal period wage and hour case that has gone to trial (Savaglio v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.). The class of plaintiffs in that case consisted of 116,000 current and former California Wal-Mart employees.
